Shipping Policy – Fetch Grooming Supplies

Thank you for shopping with Fetch Grooming Supplies! We’re committed to getting your grooming gear to you safely and efficiently. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Shipping Within Australia

  • We ship Australia-wide via trusted courier partners.

  • All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Western Australia within 1–3 business days of receiving your order.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping with Local Delivery

  • We delivery locally within Perth WA for orders over 30kgs (or 6 or more 5L Bottles) for $16.50 AUD

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight and size of your order.


Damaged, Lost or Delayed Items

We take care in packaging your order, but sometimes things happen in transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us at [your email] within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged item and packaging

If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please get in touch and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.


Returns Due to Shipping Issues

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described. This includes items damaged in transit. Please refer to our [Returns Policy] for full details.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. Fetch Grooming Supplies is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address if the information provided at checkout is incorrect.


International Shipping

At this stage, we only ship within Australia.
